Rate: $25/hour $175/day
Library: Accommodates 8-10 people
Rate: $80/hour $500/day
Training Room: Accommodates up to 25 people
Rate: $80/hour $640/day
Executive Conference Room (Staats A/B/C): Accommodates up to 100 people
Rate: $750/half day $1500/full day
Executive Conference Room (Staats B/C): Accommodates up to 50 people
Rate: $640/half day $1280/full day
Executive Conference Room (Staats D): Accommodates up to 16 people
Rate: $80/hour $640/day

On-Site Support Staff
Receptionist: No charge
IT Technical Staff and Equipment:
Includes: Broadband Internet, Audiovisual Equipment, Wireless and Wired Networking Options, State-of-the-Art LCD Projectors/Screens, Redundant Full T1 Internet Access, Microphones
Rate: $150 per day
Beverage Service: Coffee, tea, juice, soft drinks, bottled water
Rate: $4.00 per attendee (per day)
Catering Services:
The National Academy has relationships with several caterers who serve the Washington DC. We would be happy to provide you with a list of names and help you select one that will meet your needs.
Set Up/Break Down Fees:
Rate: $60 per day
Over-Time Charge for Support Person after 5:00 pm
Rate: $60 per hour
High-Speed Photocopier Services:
Rate: 10 cents per copy
Supplies: Flip Charts, Markers
