William P. Hobby

(1990) – William P. Hobby is an Honorary Fellow*.  Chair, Hobby Communications. Former Director, Lyndon B. Johnson Foundation; Radoslav A. Tsanoff Professor of Public Affairs, Department of Political Science, Rice University; Chairman, H & C Communications; Lieutenant Governor, State of Texas; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, various broadcast companies.

* Honorary Fellows are elected by the Academy Board of Trustees. Honorary Fellows have distinguished themselves in public administration or through outstanding contributions to the objectives and purposes of the Academy. They are accorded lifetime membership in the Academy.
