Prospective Study Panels

Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, Title 5, Appendix 2, § 15, NAPA is required to provide public notice of the names and brief biographies of appointed study panel members, and provide a reasonable opportunity for the public to comment on such appointments.

PROJECT: Maritime Alignment Study

CLIENT: Maritime Administration.

DESCRIPTION: The National Academy of Public Administration will appoint a five member Panel to conduct a six-month study to develop a report that examines the Agency’s programs, management, resulting outcomes, and opportunities for improving efficiency.

PROJECT: White Paper on Implementing the Program Management Improvement and Accountability Act of 2015

CLIENT: Project Management Institute

DESCRIPTION: The National Academy of Public Administration will appoint a four person Panel of Fellows over an 2-month time period to address these issues in a high level white paper report that will provide input and recommendations to OPM in the implementation of PMIAA.
