Statement

I am on the Board of Directors of a commercial corporation, Spacehab, Inc. which is in the space business.  It has done business with NASA for many years.  It has responded to NASA’s RFP for the COTS program.  It is not clear to me this constitutes a conflict of interest with my participation in NASA’s funded study of its Launch Services Program (LSP).  On the other hand, I would like NAPA to know of this matter and would appreciate its review to determine if there is any conflict to be avoided.
