Chloe Yang is a Research Analyst at the Academy. Since joining the Academy in 2009, she has worked on projects with a range of federal agencies, including the Office of Management and Budget Collaborative Forum Coordination and Facilitation project, the Government Printing Office Organizational Review, the Amtrak Office of Inspector General Organizational Assessment, the U.S. Coast Guard Financial Management and Procurement Review, and the Government Accountability Office Comptroller General Position Structure and Compensation Review. Before joining the Academy, Ms. Yang was the research intern at the Foundation Environmental Security and Sustainability. She has also worked as an intern at the Woodrow Wilson Center for Scholars and a research assistant at George Mason University (GMU).Yang graduated from GMU with a Masters in Public Administration. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the Renmin University of China.
