The National Academy of Public Administration’s Standing Panel on Executive Organization and Management will be holding a session on current state government initiatives to improve management and performance, and to make evidence-based decisions. The session will be at the Academy’s office on Wednesday, September 25th, from 10:00 until 11:45 a.m.
The National Association of State Budget Officers conducted a 50-state survey on fiscal conditions and their current reform initiatives related to management, performance, and evidence. The Panel will learn about the current state of management and performance reform efforts, common trends, and highlights of interesting new practices that are underway.
