The National Academy of Public Administration and Grant Thornton will host the next Grants Management Symposium on Thursday, September 17, 2020, from 9:00-11:00 a.m. through video conference only. The video conference information will be sent in the days leading up to the Symposium.
Please join us for a discussion on new and amplified existing grants management challenges facing agencies as a result of the increased grant funding to address the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We will be joined by Linda Miller, Deputy Executive Director, of the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee.
The Symposium co-chairs, Dale Bell (Division Director, Institution and Award Support, National Science Foundation) and Andrea Brandon (Deputy Assistant Secretary for Budget, Finance, Grants and Acquisition, Department of the Interior), will also share their perspectives on the impacts of COVID-19 to the grants management community.
At the Symposium on September 17, we will also hear about the newly published revisions to 2 CFR.
The agenda will be posted and shared with registrants closer to the Symposium date. Although the Symposium is virtual, there will still be plenty of opportunities to ask questions and participate in the discussion.
If you have any questions, please contact Elise Johnson (EJohnson@napawash.org).
