The Future of Work: The impact of modern HR digital solutions on HR organizations and the Federal workforce

American Institute of Architects
1735 New York Avenue, NW
Washington DC,

Monday, March 18, 2019 at 7:30am - 10:00am

The National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), Senior Executives Association (SEA), and the Shared Services Leadership Coalition (SSLC) are pleased to invite you to our upcoming Breakfast Seminar on modernizing the user experience with HRIT.

The Federal workforce is changing. Future employees are seeking mobile, user friendly HRIT solutions that reflect a modern user experience comparable to those in their daily lives. At the same time, the expectations of the HR function are also evolving. Agency leaders expect HR to deliver additional capabilities, high quality service, and accurate information at the push of a button. This session will explore the drivers and opportunities to be gained from end-to-end, integrated HR technology – addressing the digital needs of the future workforce while enabling CHCOs and agency leaders to make critical workforce decisions that directly impact the mission. Come join us for perspectives from government officials, public and private sector leaders on their own journeys in making the art of the possible in modern digital HR enterprise into reality.

SSLC, SEA and NAPA are non-partisan, non-profit organizations dedicated to advancing government efficiency and effectiveness through workplace and IT modernization.
